The next Yoga weekend will be from the 8. bis 11. Juni 2017

yoga weekend

We have been holding retreats for the last 10 years. The four days consist of two yoga asana classes each day, we have a Satsang morning and evening and a walk each day in the beautiful alpine mountain forests and flower meadows that surround the farm. The intention of the weekend is to have an experience of sadana
(Spiritual practice). You can be a beginner or have an established practice of your own, in each case you will be encouraged to work at your own personal level.

Here is a rough breakdown, there will be some variations to this program.

Day 1

2pm         Arrival on Thursday
4pm         Yoga asana class
6pm         Evening meal
8pm         Introduction to each other and weekend
8.30pm    Meditation and Mantra singing
9.30pm    Tee and rest time (we have two nice saunas)

Day 2

6am         Wake up
6.30am     Meditation and mantra singing
8am         Tee and fruit
8.30am     Yoga class
10.30am   Main meal of the day (organic vegetarian dishes)
12.30pm   Three hour mountain and forest walk (beautiful scenery)
4pm         Yoga asana class
6.30pm     Evening meal
8pm         Meditation and Mantra singing
9.30pm    Tee and rest time

Day 3

6am        Wake up
6.30am    Meditation and mantra singing
7.45am    Tee and fruit
8am        Short mountain walk
9.30am    Yoga asana class
11.30am  Main meal of the day
2pm        Lecture
4pm        Yoga asana class
6.30pm    Evening meal
8pm        Meditation and Mantra singing
9.30pm   Tee and rest time

Day 4

6am       Wake up
6.30am   Meditation and mantra singing
7.45am   Tee and fruit
8.30am   Short mountain walk
10am      Thank you, how do you feel?
10.30am  Yoga class
12 noon   Main meal of the day
2pm        Clean up and finish.
